Summer Solstice

Hurrah! Today is the Summer Solstice, which technically signifies the official beginning of a long awaited Summer. The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year. It is the peak of our Yang energy! Our "doing energy" – the Summer is about flourishing, blooming and ripening.

In the Winter, our thoughts and goals were seeds.  In Spring, they gain momentum, and in Summer, we begin to see these come to fruition.  Summer is when our heart's energy is bursting and joy is abundant.  Happy days! 

The Solstice sees the launch of the new Summer Oil. A fresh formula packed with all the anti-ageing goodies, but lighter, as it is all about feeding and nourishing the skin.
