1 Aid lymphatic drainage by raising your head higher than your body when you sleep and have the window open to boost oxygen intake.
2 Get your circulation moving when you wake up. Take ten deep breaths then jump around the room for several minutes. Drink a glass of warm water with lemon to eliminate toxins.
3 If you suffer from puffy eyes (indicating a lymphatic system that isn’t working well), make green tea ice cubes. Use them as compresses for ten minutes.
4 Rid the body of excess water by drinking fresh orange juice. It contains potassium, which helps to release fluid and firm body tissue. The vitamin C will help improve your complexion.
