Delivery policy

Costs for delivery of goods ordered through this website are charged on a flat rate basis depending on the country of delivery. These are £2.95 for deliveries to the UK, £4.50 for deliveries to Europe, and £8.50 for deliveries to the rest of the world. Delivery charges are not based on weight. Deliveries to UK addresses take 2-3 days to deliver; to European addresses 5-7 days to deliver; and to the rest of the world up to 14 days to deliver. Deliveries use Royal Mail second class postage or the equivalent airmail postage service with Royal Mail. Deliveries are available to any country serviced by Royal Mail postage service. We confirm delivery dates by automated email on receipt of your order.

Returns and refund policy

Order Cancellation:  you have the right to cancel your order for de Mamiel skincare products up to 7 working days after the day following the delivery of the goods by sending us a notice of cancellation (by emailing info@demamiel.com or post) and returning the goods to us (within 14 working days) in their original, unopened and unused condition. On receipt of the returned goods in a satisfactory condition, we will refund the payment card you used to make the purchase via PayPal.

Returns Policy:  we hope that you will be happy with your purchase.  However, if for any reason we have not met your expectations, we will provide a full refund.  Please send us a notice of return (by emailing info@demamiel.com or post) and return the goods to us (within 14 working days of original receipt) and we will arrange a full refund to the payment card you used to make the purchase via Paypal.

Damaged in Transit: if, upon delivery, you notice that any of the products in your order are damaged we shall be happy to replace them. Please send us a notice of return (by emailing info@demamiel.com or post) and return the goods to us (within 14 working days of original receipt) and we will arrange a replacement order to be sent to you at no additional cost to you.

Treatment cancellations

Treatments may be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance of the appointment time with no cancellation charge. Treatments cancelled 48 hours or less will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.

General

We may change or modify these terms and conditions at any time, and your continued use of this site following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified terms of conditions. Please read the terms and conditions and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the terms and conditions, then you must immediately stop using the website.
