As de Mamiel products are blended by hand we do occasionally need a little time to make sure your purchase is perfect when it gets to you. If we have run out of something you have ordered, we will contact you to let you know and give you the option of having the rest of your ordered delivered right away at no extra charge. Annee apologises if she doesn't have something you need but promises she is working away to make some more as quickly as she can.
Free Shipping is now available on UK orders over £60 and international orders over £100.
If you are based in the UK, your order will be sent via first class Royal Mail. If you are based outside the UK, your order will be sent via International Signed for Royal Mail.
All orders to Canada will now be sent via special courier - we have been experiencing severe delays of delivery by Royal Mail recently and this way we can ensure your items arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Please note that free shipping will be available on orders over £150 - for orders under this amount the charge is £30.
Apologies but we no longer ship to Japan or Hong Kong from this website. If you are based in Japan, we kindly ask that you place your orders through www.demamiel.jp. For Hong Kong, you can order from Beyorg or Net-A-Porter. Should you have any questions towards any de Mamiel products not yet available on these websites, please contact us at email@example.com.
We are delighted to ship to any location, however, for our international customers there may be additional charges and fees imposed by your local customs process for which you may be liable so we do recommend checking our list of stockists to see if we have someone local to you.
RETURNING PRODUCTS TO DE MAMIEL
We hope you will be very happy with your order of de Mamiel and that you love using your products as much as I did making them. If for any reason you are not, please do drop us a note at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your order arriving. We can help you find an alternative product to exchange it for or we can refund you – above all, we are here to help. We will then ask you to return the products to us here at the farm (we advise using a Royal Mail trackable service for peace of mind as we can only process an exchange or refund once it has safely arrived here at the farm). Once we have received your parcel, we will contact you by telephone or email. If you have chosen a refund, it usually takes around 3-5 working days for the credit to appear in your account following receipt of your parcel.

We can only offer refunds and exchanges for purchases made through demamiel.com.
We are able to refund and exchange minimally used products (the products should be at least three quarters full).
We are sorry but we can’t refund your postage/courier costs (with the exception of faulty products) and for oversees customers, any customs fees or local taxes.
We can replace or refund kits, sets and bundles if all items of the kit, set and bundle are included in the return.
