Altitude Bath Soak

Altitude Bath Soak is designed to help the body re-establish equilibrium when it feels out of balance, is an ideal antidote to non-stop days. Altitude Bath Soak rejuvenates dull skin, quietens racing minds and soothes aching muscles; it’s a triple bath salt blend that features Himalayan Salts, Epsom Salts and Dead Sea Salts as well as a lovely, fortifying blend of essential oils.

Altitude bath salts contain the same uplifting inhalation essence found in Altitude Oil and will help ease stress and restore energy levels in much the same way, but with the added benefits of hydrating and nourishing skin too. It's is ideal for use when the main aim is to totally switch off from working life, even if only for a few days; the addition of Shungite Crystal Powder helps to prevent the build-up of the electromagnetic energy absorbed through excessive use of devices – something we’re all guilty of.

HIMALAYAN SALTS are rich in trace minerals essential for strength and energy

EPSOM SALTS encourage relaxation and help to revive and restore tired, aching muscles

DEAD SEA SALTS are essential for soothing, softening and hydrating depleted skin

BAKING SODA helps to soothe, relax and detoxify weary bodies and sluggish skin

SHUNGITE CRYSTAL POWDER helps eliminate unwanted toxins from the body, provides a shield against harmful electromagnetic frequencies and is thought to help dispel negative energy and thoughts

COCONUT OIL is rich in both lauric and fatty acids which helps deeply nourish and soothe skin and lock in moisture

ESSENTIAL OILS, including Lavender, Eucalyptus, Fragonia, Pine, Lemon Myrtle, Peppermint and Patchouli, combine to quickly provide fortifying, soothing and restorative action.

Directions: To use the Altitude Bath Soak, pour 1-2 capfuls under running water to allow the salts to dissolve and, for maximum benefits, relax in the water for at least 10-15 minutes. A temporary rise in body temperature during and immediately after soaking is completely normal and can be attributed to individual stress levels.
